Karya ilmiah terdiri dari beberapa bagian, yaitu :
1. Bab Pendahuluan
a. Latar belakang tema yang anda angkat, dan kenapa sampai tema ini harus anda tulis.
b. Rumusan Masalah. dari sekian banyak masalah yang mungkin muncul, pilih beberapa saja untuk jadi rumusan masalah. Saya suka menyebut rumusan masalah ini sebagai memilih sudut pandang dari tema yang diangkat.
c. Ruang lingkup masalah. pagar-pagar batas pembahasan karya anda.
2. Tujuan Penulisan. Apa tujuan anda bikin karya ilmiah ini.
3. Metodologi Penelitian.
Penjelasan tentang sumber data karya anda dari mana saja. Metode pengumpulan data, metode pengolahan data, metode analisis dan penyajian data.
4. Bab Kajian Teori. beberkan teori yang berhubungan dengan tema karya ilmiah anda.
Kalo karya anda berdasar penelitian lapangan, sertakan gambaran umum lokasi penelitian. Kalo studi pustaka, langsung lanjutkan ke
5. Bab Pembahasan.
6. Bab Penutup, Kesimpulan dan Saran)
